Hello and welcome aboard this magnificent Sun Odyssey 469! Rentals with skipper: 3 cabins and 6 beds available and 3 bathrooms. For the day (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) with an extra captain required, OR for longer periods, from the port of Bandol, set off to discover an area comprising to the west the islands of Embiez, the creeks of Cassis, the Frioul, Marseille with its creeks and islands or to the east the islands of Hyères, Porquerolles, Fort Brégançon, Le Lavandou, etc... Being a professional Captain and FFV sailing instructor, I will be happy to accompany you and pass on my knowledge to you! The boat is rented with skipper for periods of less than a week; Extra skipper to be paid on the boat: from €150 to €250 / day depending on the period. The boat can accommodate you in groups of 9 for the day and for multi-day cruises! It has life jackets for children (number and weight to be specified, to be worn while sailing) Port charges payable by the tenant, do not hesitate to let me know your navigation program beforehand so that I can give you a more precise estimate. Our two-week sailing adventure with Jean-Yves, starting from the picturesque port of Bandol, was nothing short of fantastic. We shared 3 days with Jean Yves on his boat, around Bandol and Cassis. He is very flexible, pedagogue, and above all excellent company! We are already thinking about our next stay on the Happy Squale…
Jean Yves boat was in an impeccable state, clean inside, outside, even the hull and keel didn't have a single algae. He took us where we wanted, and we sailed whenever there was a bit of wind which is not the case with many skippers who would rather just use the engine. I would return without a doubt!

Perfect boat both from the point of view of sailing (complete set of sails, fast in all weather) and life on board (spacious and functional), with many small practical arrangements to simplify and improve things. Very well maintained and ultra safe boat, equipped for long crossings. Cool owner, pedagogue during check-in and responsive to our requests (2 only) during the week. We just regretted the lack of a bow motor for such a big boat, but the port officers were there to help us if necessary. Great experience!
Jean-Yves has a superb boat, the boots are great, the cabins too but we had to leave a check for 6000€ as a deposit (recover at the end, no problem, but we did not expect it) We had to pay 100€ in cash for the cleaning when returning the boat. He told us he was supposed to bring in divers for an extra €200 (didn't) I don't know if I misread between the lines but I was a little surprised by these costs which should be included in the rental price.
