Wonderful boat in very good condition, fully equipped with everything you might need to sail southern Norway. Odd was always available to support and give tips.
This review is directed at Click&Boat and not the owner of the vessel. The vessel itself was good and I had a pleasant experience in Norway. I entered into an agreement with Click&Boat for this charter. I paid Click&Boat for the charter in full. Approximately two weeks before the charter date, I received a contract from the boat owner that was required in order for me to take possession of the vessel. I was not informed that after I had already made payment and was committed under my contract with Click&Boat, another separate agreement with the boat owner was required with terms that were different from my agreement with Click&Boat. Whatever agreement or terms the boat owner requires must have been included in the original agreement with Click&Boat so that I could decide if I wished to proceed with booking this boat or not based on those terms. Having already received my payment and then to present me with an agreement containing different terms is the same as putting a gun to my head at which point I have no other choice but to sign the agreement in order to avoid losing my charter payment as well as all of the other costs associated with this charger such as air travel, etc. Under the law, Click&Boat cannot except payment and then afterwards allow the owner to present me with a whole other contract with additional terms. Nor was I informed when I paid the charter fee that my deposit would be withheld pending an inspection of the hull after I have already delivered the vessel and left Norway. This is complete failure on the part of Click&Boat to properly manage this booking. They basically just collected a fee to do very little.
