H+M Lounge “Home is where the anchor drops” The Marina Buchholz is about an hour and a half away from Berlin. You can rent the H+M Lounge houseboat here. The Waterbus “Independent 12” type has its permanent summer and winter berth here in the beautiful nature reserve. With approximately 36 square meters of living space (2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchen and dining area and 1 bathroom), which have been lovingly furnished by us, the houseboat offers space for 4 (+ 2) people to relax, unwind and slow down The salon with the floor-to-ceiling sliding/panoramic windows and the fold-out sofa invites you to linger, you can relax and unwind here. The spacious windows give you a wonderful view of the water and nature. If the weather is bad, you can light up the gas fireplace! Thanks to the large TV and in-house WiFi, entertainment isn't neglected either. You can also find board games in the sideboard under the television. Through the large sliding glass door you can reach the adjacent bow terrace. This invites you for breakfast or dinner or just a cozy get-together! It is possible to access the H+M Lounge houseboat completely from the outside. In addition to the kitchenette, the salon also houses the steering position from which the houseboat can be steered over the lakes and through the canals. The captain has access to the most modern navigation technology and a powerful 60 hp engine to reach his destination. The existing bow and stern thrusters make maneuvering the houseboat almost child's play after appropriate instruction and a short period of practice. From the living room you can reach the two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed 200 x 150 cm. You will find storage space in the respective wardrobes and in the bed boxes. The highlight, however, is that both bedrooms have their own access to the rear terrace, more privacy is not possible. Nobody has to go through your bedroom to get to the salon or, conversely, from the salon to the roof terrace. An external staircase with a railing allows you to easily reach the large furnished roof terrace, which invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy chat. A great view of the wonderful landscape awaits you or you can make yourself comfortable on the lounge and enjoy the peace and quiet and one of the beautiful sunsets. Further information Important instructions: Since there is limited storage space on the houseboat, we recommend not traveling with suitcases. Travel bags can be conveniently stored in the bed drawers of the double beds. To use the gas grill you need the appropriate cartridges.
