With the powerful heating and air conditioning, the boat can be used all year round and offers a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. However, it is much nicer to enjoy the sun, wind and water on the 50 square meter terrace on the upper deck. Grill lovers can borrow a grill suitable for the houseboat from the harbor master. You have a full, separate and lockable bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette and everything else you need for a nice day and night on the water. The two enclosed interior rooms and two terraces offer sufficient opportunities to retreat, especially when used by several people on board, to recharge your batteries and enjoy the sun and the water.
