It is a sailboat perfectly suited to charter for a couple or small family . This sailboat is very pleasant to use for a Spartan nautical camping of a week or more. A small cockpit, steering wheel, instrumentation all close to the wheelhouse. It has a removable awning to be placed on the boom which guarantees shade on the deckhouse and in the cockpit Internally it has two Scansailins, a smaller one in the bow and a more comfortable one in the stern, a small bathroom, kitchen and chart corner If you're wondering why you should go sailing in southern Sardinia, we can give you some excellent reasons! This boat has been partially refitted and, IMHO, is quite overpriced for what we encountered. This Hanse model is known for being quite comfortable. All the electronics, motor, anchor system, etc. were recent and worked well. However, a number of improvements have still to be made for sailing correctly. Firstly, note that a self-tacking jig is proposed and not a standard genoa. We had some troubles with the furler. I had to modify the configuration of the rig, in particular the riffs on the main in order to work properly. We had a half-a-day navigation under force 5-6 and the low shroud under the wind (which was changed just before our rental and did not have any stop pin) opened just before tackling! I could re-connect, put the low shroud in tension and add a rope to stop it during this force 5-6 navigation, before tackling. I discussed with the team at the end of the rental. They worked on the stop pins of the shrouds and they told me that a number of other improvements concerning the troubles we detected were going to be addressed. The team was nice and available, although we had a significant delay for the check-in the first day. In conclusion, this boat may be a choice a for an experienced handyman sailor, seeking a simple and comfortable unit for 4 people, but it is quite overpriced, so compare and look carefully.
