Let's start with the staff. The staff was wonderful, it would be a lie to say that the treatment was very correct, friendly and polite. Both Juan Manuel on the phone, and Diego and Clara in person, especially Diego. Another thing is the state of the boat. Without wanting to be rude, I would describe it as lamentable. The boat is very old, and maintenance is conspicuous by its absence, the boat in general is very deteriorated. The rudder was very hard, I would describe it as dangerous to sail with the rudder in that condition, they told us that they were waiting to fix it. What is unacceptable is to rent the boat in that state. The weather was not good, but with the boat in that state you could not navigate even through the coves that were inside the marina. The experience was disastrous, we returned after two hours. I would not rent that boat again.
Boat with very limited capacity and features for 5, without the advertised Bluetooth music system, with faulty steering and a very light anchor. Communication could be improved, no welcome from the owner or notice of who would do it in his place. Lack of advice on choosing the appropriate route for the sea conditions and absence of some of the mandatory safety equipment and documentation.
Neglected boat, the bimini top was loose in some of its joints, which caused it to come loose when sailing. It was advertised with nautical speakers, they did not work. The engine needs good maintenance, it always started on the 2nd…3rd attempt and at low revolutions (3,000/3,500 revolutions) it jerks. The tail of the engine has a dent and a small piece is missing (the right stabilizer) The gas level console does not work. The stern backrest was completely broken in its attachment to the hull of the ship, making it impossible to lean on. On the other hand, it has very low consumption (you pay for what you spend) and for its length it sails well. The guys who attended us were very friendly and kind, they gave us the precise and necessary instructions. We were provided with a life jacket for a small child.
