Port of embarkation: SIRMIONE 2 *In case of rental lasting more than one day, the boat must still be returned to the pier at the end of each day*

What a fabulous day we had on the boat around Lake Garda. The boat was extremely comfortable for our family of 6 to spend a full day aboard. The Bluetooth music system was a bonus so we could play our favourite tunes all day. The boat was easy to control and navigation around the lake was simple as I just used Google Maps to pinpoint the main points of interest. We moored up several times to swim and have lunch and the children loved jumping off the boat into the water. The ladder access back onto the boat was easier than we have experienced before on some boats we have rented. The rental process straight forward and communication was as good as I have had. For anyone thinking that self drive boat rental on Lake Garda (or Italy in general) will be a stressful experience then think again. This is a go to experience that we do every year we come to Italy as it’s great fun for all the family. Just make sure you pack a cool bag with all food and drink you need for the day and take plenty of sun cream with you.
