Basically we had a nice day. Unfortunately this only happened after a very unpleasant discussion. First of all the boat we were on was NOT the one in the pictures, but a lower quality one with a full roof in the stern. The request whether the captain could open it was immediately rejected in a very unfriendly manner. After less than 10 minutes of sailing we were sent off the boat at an island, even though we didn't want that, so that other guests could be transported with our boat. When booking this offer you have to be aware that it is a hop-on hop-off service and you can't just relax on the boat. Later after a really unpleasant discussion we were able to convince them that we would like to spend the booked period on the boat for the price. There is also no swimming ladder and swimming is not allowed. Unfortunately the ad is wrong in this respect. Consumption of third-party drinks and food is permitted - no sales are offered. Last but not least our trip was unfortunately ended prematurely without prior agreement. Lorenzo was kind enough to accommodate us regarding the starting port. In general, the entire communication was very poor and was unfortunately only possible through an Italian interpreter, as no English is spoken. We would not book it again.
It was a great experience for us! The staff helped us spend the day as we wanted and we were able to spend our time on the boat exactly as we wanted! It was perfect !
So far, you can save yourself a visit to the island
Very nice captain who responds to the wishes of the guests and was always available. Possibility to swim from the boat and some cool drinks for sale would be perfect.
