Very good so far. Was a bit unlucky with the weather, but Ronny took this into account.
Second part of the review: It is very risky even when there is very little wind, as the boats are very close together. Ronny then offered us a small boat for a day so that we could still travel along the beautiful waterways.
Beautiful houseboat as described with everything you need for a few days on board. Nice instructions and uncomplicated pick-up and return! Thanks again for this!

Simply perfect, a very nice owner and a competent Skipper. The boat is very well equipped, the reception and return of the boat went without complications. Nothing to say Thanks again until next time
Super houseboat very nice operator. The area is beautiful. We had a mega weekend on the houseboat. We will definitely recommend it.
Anchor light and horn broken, an absolute no-go as these are essential for the boat to be seaworthy and as the previous tenant had cancelled, there were a few days for repairs which were not used. Wi-Fi broken TV therefore not working Radio missing The cleaning lady had certainly not been on board beforehand, it was dusty and only swept clean and it was to be returned in the same way. So she had to make the beds herself and then strip them again even though a final cleaning fee of €90 was charged. Absolutely disgusting! Fuel, water and waste water also had to be completely regenerated on her own initiative as otherwise exorbitant surcharges would have been charged and the contact person Roni absolutely HAD to have the fuel receipt for his records when he saw that cash had been paid for... Certainly nicely billed as a separate expense... Communication also left a lot to be desired, I had called 3 days and again 1 day before to ask whether there was cutlery and crockery for 10 people on board. Answer: 'yes, everything is there' There was only enough space for 6 people and at that point they could have told me what was missing and not just when we arrived. We have been travelling together as a group for 20 years and have no problem making compromises in terms of quality or comfort if it was communicated beforehand, but we have never had that happen in 20 years! Next time we will head back to the Mecklenburg Lake District or somewhere else. NOT HERE AGAIN!
