The houseboat “Aqua Villa Hybrid” is a luxury class houseboat. It forms a symbiosis of innovative drive technology and attention to detail in design. With the 7.5 kW electric bow motor, which functions as both a bow thruster and a full-fledged drive, you have the opportunity to travel a distance of up to 20 kilometers without emissions. You decide for yourself whether you want to recharge the large battery overnight in the next port, or whether you don't drive that far (electrically), lie in a quiet bay and let the solar system do the work of charging the battery for the next few kilometers. Of course, you can always use the 50 hp outboard motor. The approximately 20 kWh battery storage allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake district undisturbed for several days without having to go to a port. The powerful 230V system also offers a high level of comfort. Thanks to the large waste water tanks, your own water treatment system including an osmosis filter and the large photovoltaic system, you can also reach quieter bays that are further away and without being hindered in your route planning by refueling or unloading stops. Using the additional outdoor shower significantly increases your self-sufficiency. Navigation is supported by a large chart plotter, which of course also includes a high-quality echo sounder, including sidescan, downscan and everything an angler's heart desires. The houseboat also has enough rod holders. With the air conditioning/heat pump you can create a pleasant indoor climate in summer and in the off-season, even without “charging stops” and in a completely sustainable manner, even without turning on the existing gas central heating. Of course, if there is a shortage of electricity or it simply gets too cold, it is ideal for sitting comfortably in the warmth even in frosty temperatures. When furnishing the houseboat, luxury designer furniture from well-known designers was used throughout. Through the large sliding doors, the glass front that extends across the entire width of the boat, you can reach the adjacent bow terrace covered with WPC floorboards, where there is a table with chairs for breakfast, dinner or just a glass of wine. There are also two high-quality lounge chairs that entice you to linger. Via a wide wooden staircase you can easily reach the large furnished roof terrace, which invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy barbecue evening. A barbecue is available. In the salon there is a dining table with four chairs and the steering position with a “captain's chair” from which the houseboat is steered over the lakes and through the canals. There is also a flat-screen TV and a sound system with indoor speakers embedded in the ceiling. The kitchen, which is open to the living/dining area, offers plenty of storage space and work space and has a gas oven, a gas stove, a spacious fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The lavish furnishings make full catering possible. The fully equipped full bathroom impresses with a modern countertop washbasin, an electric toilet and a large shower. Of course, details such as enough storage space and a make-up mirror were also considered. From the living room you can reach the two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (200 x 140 cm) and one with a pull-out bed, which also measures 200 x 140 cm when pulled out. The space under both beds can be used as storage space. As soon as you wake up, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the water. From each bedroom you have access to the rear terrace of the boat and therefore also to the roof terrace.
