No license required (charter license required) Experience pure nature on the large, furnished roof terrace of our houseboat "Frigga." Our floating holiday home combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical features and refinements in a modern design. With its comfortable amenities, it meets the demands of a beautiful holiday home and offers space for an exceptional maritime family vacation for up to 6 people. The license-free houseboat is modernly furnished and offers 48 square meters of living space. With its powerful heating and air conditioning, the boat can be used year-round and offers a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days. All our houseboats are equipped with a Wi-Fi router and smart TV. However, it's much nicer to enjoy the sun, wind, and water on the 50 square meter terrace on the upper deck. Our houseboat is equipped with four solar panels on the roof terrace, generating a maximum output of 1,600 watts. This sustainable energy source supports on-board operations and helps reduce electricity consumption from external sources. The generated energy is stored in the boat's already installed batteries, giving you a reliable power supply even away from the marina. This way, you enjoy even more independence on the water – environmentally friendly and efficient. You have a fully equipped, separate, lockable bathroom with a vanity, shower, and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette, and everything else you need for a wonderful day and night on the water. The houseboat has two bedrooms: two double beds and a sofa bed in the salon for two additional people. The two enclosed interior spaces and two terraces offer ample retreat space, especially when used with several people on board, to recharge your batteries in peace and enjoy the sun and the water. A grill for a BBQ evening, as well as a stand-up paddleboard, canoe, electric inflatable boats, or bicycles, can be rented from the harbormaster for a fee. Dogs are allowed. Handover and return days: Boat handovers always take place Monday-Saturday. Returns are also Monday-Saturday. The marina is closed on Sundays. We would like to inform you about some important points regarding renting our houseboats: Minimum number of people on board: For maneuverability and locking, a minimum of three adults (or two adults + one able-bodied youth) are required. Weather-related restrictions: In winds of force 2 or higher, the marina may prevent the release of houseboats to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Charter License All boats can be operated without a license. In this case, a charter license session on site, which includes theory and practical training, is mandatory, lasting approximately three hours. The charter license is limited to the duration of the trip and can be completed from the age of 18. If you have a current inland waterway license, the charter license is not required. Guests with little boating experience but a valid inland waterway license are welcome to book additional skipper training (45 minutes, €50, minimum age 16). Our home port is the Röblinsee Marina in Fürstenberg an der Havel. Please note that our houseboats cannot navigate Lake Müritz due to restrictions. Gasoline Consumption Gasoline will be charged according to consumption at the marina at the end of the trip: €3 per liter, payable on site. Please note that the minimum stay is three nights, and there is a 15% surcharge for stays of three to six nights. The guaranteed boat handover is at 4 p.m. However, you are welcome to arrive as early as 2 p.m. (recommended for charter guests) to check in and plan your trip at the marina.

Overall, competent and careful care.
The communication beforehand was OK, but limited. There was no telephone contact. Despite several calls on many days. The Fürstenberg Marina and the team on site were top: advice, handover, friendliness, service orientation. When booking, you should take into account that the day of handover is not really "usable" because the 3-hour training, which is good and necessary, means it is already in the evening... the last day of the booking is also practically unusable because the boat must be returned at 9 a.m. So you should keep in mind: the effective time on board is always the booking days minus 2 days... Therefore, price/performance does not get full marks. The boats are extremely good and well equipped. Please take the test and instruction trip seriously and practice mooring and unmooring until you are confident... Precise steering is absolutely necessary in the locks. I do not recommend just setting off for first-time boaters. The boats are the best houseboats you can rent on the Müritz.
Very nice tour with a well-equipped houseboat. Nothing was missing. The cleanliness was impeccable, as was the friendliness of the staff. The instruction on the tricky navigation with this type of boat was pretty brief and so the already very expensive pleasure was spoiled by a small bump in the lock.
