Fantastic day in the Lerins Islands. The impeccable boat. JeanLouis a perfect host. He arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He replied to messages in a matter of seconds. The boat was clean and perfect and like new. He gave us very useful instructions on where to anchor and bathe and helped us enter and leave the port and refuel at the gas station on the way back, which means that there are no problems or stress and you simply enjoy sailing. Fully recommended. We will repeat for sure.

We rented a boat via Click&Boat from Jean Louis. The boat was in impeccable condition, especially because it was recent (2024). However, we found that the 5.50m is a little short when the sea is rough, which was the case that day. The only point to deplore is the absence of safety instructions for the crew having indicated an intermediate level for skyping and above all no information on the state of the sea before leaving. Indeed, apart from the instructions concerning the protection of the boat, we received no information on security measures or on the state of the sea before leaving the port. Just leaving the port, we noticed that the sea was very rough. It took us almost 50 minutes to sail from the port of La Rague to the Lérins Islands. Once we arrived, even between the two islands, the sea was still very rough. We tried to anchor, but the boat was too rough, and within 30 minutes the entire crew was pretty shaken... Unable to dock at the island's port (as we had done the year before with another rental) and at the request of the charter company (Jean-Louis), we had to turn around and come back at the port of La Rague, even though we had reserved the boat for the whole day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In conclusion, remember to check the sea weather and not just the sunshine. If we had to do it again, we would not have booked the night before knowingly. This round trip cost us the price of a day + the additional fuel even though the gauge indicated 99% and given our shortened outing we were expecting a small commercial gesture. I would like to point out that this comment was written 24 hours after our exit after re-watching the film of our day. Morality, carefully implement the measures taught during the boat license and do not expect that you will be protected as a customer. Gilles
