Lagoon - 42 | 4 Cabins
Charter our Lagoon 42 from le Marin, Martinique. The catamaran has 4 double Scansailins and two single Scansailins accessible from the outside. The Lagoon has a furling genoa, a battened mainsail, GPS (and plotter), Log-Depth-Speed, VHF, wind indicators, electric windlass, solar panels, fans in Scansailin and saloon, CD player and radio, fridge, snorkeling equipment, and a dinghy. Martinique, part of the lesser Antilles, is a beautiful french island. Dominica in the North and Saint-Lucia in the South are reachable by boat from Martinique. Longer charters can also allow you to reach Saint-Vincent and the Grenadine, or Barbados! For shorter charters, cruising all around the island is a wonderful experience. There are beautiful beaches (Anse des Salines), and anchorages points all around the island. Fridge much too small for 7 adults, 600 liters of water too little for 7 especially since there is no sea pump in the kitchen for washing dishes. Otherwise under canvas to make the most of it Otherwise great
Super boat at very good value for money. Great welcome from the team, Stéphan and Mika are really welcoming and find you a solution to any request for equipment or advice! Thank you again, if we come back to Guadeloupe it is by VPM and probably on a Lagoon that we will sail. I should point out that our Lagoon 42 was fully operational, not new but very good for the week, we particularly appreciated the rigid tender, of very good quality and with an engine that started at 1/4 turn (which does not is not always the case when renting!). Several major signs of wear on the boat (genoa sheets, tears at several points on the mainsail) and a dinghy engine in bad shape that we had to repair ourselves from the first use. A good walker, upwind and downwind despite the population of seaweed and shells of all kinds that covers its hull...
