Incredible value! We had an amazing time! The boat was so spacious and beautiful! Definitely recommend!
When we accepted the offer and paid all amount the owner texted via What’sApp that the boat we had chosen was unavailable. Instead he offered his cheaper boat. He refused to refund the overpaid amount. However he offered to cancel the click&boat order and pay them again directly on the boat. It was our last day in Rio, so we didn't argue but there was the worst impression. Besides, the captain did not speak English at all, there were no promised water and towels on the boat, and we had to buy our own ice for the fridge. This kind of service is very disappointing☹️
The boat owner and captain were both responsive and nice people. The boat is great for groups.
Norman and the skipper were very helpful at all times. Very spacious boat. Absolutely nothing was missing during the period we were on board.
We were a party of 4 who rented Norman’s boat to celebrate a 30th birthday. Everything was PERFECT! Our captain was so friendly and helpful. He even cooked our food for us that we brought on board and were prepared to cook ourselves. Catering services provided the best cake we have ever tasted along with custom balloons with the birthday girl’s name. We would highly recommend this experience!

On the boat we had all the amenities we needed, wifi, hot water for the shower, air conditioning, very good bathrooms and a stereo. Excellent attention from Wellington and Pedro, very kind and attentive to us.
Good evening, I would like to announce that the condition of the rented catamaran is that the generator of all air conditioning units is bad and that three of the four rooms have leaks, which is why we slept in wet beds.
