Bwa - 550

By renting one of our dinghies, you can spend an unforgettable day in complete comfort and safety surrounded by the uncontaminated nature that distinguishes the Marine Protected Oasis of Villasimius. Suggestive islands and countless coves will allow you to live a truly unique experience. Double sundeck at bow and stern, shower and awning with roll bar will allow you to have maximum comfort on board. We recommend two distinct itineraries every day, with opposite routes, specially designed on the basis of the weather conditions and winds forecast for the day.  ROUTE TO SERPENTARA  After having bypassed the rock and the Santo Stefano beach close to the Old Fortress, continuing to sail south along the coast to Capo Carbonara, we will find two beautiful coves within reach: Cala Caterina and, immediately after Cala Burroni.  From here, after about 30 minutes of navigation, you reach the Isola dei Cavoli of wild and incomparable granite beauty. The island is well known as one of the most sought-after and attractive destinations for divers and snorkellers due to the incomparable wealth of marine flora and fauna offered by the crystal clear waters that surround it.  Continuing, nearby, you can then stop at the Madonna del Castaway, a granite statue over 3 meters high, a gift from the world-famous island sculptor Pinuccio Sciola which, placed on the seabed in remembrance and suffrage of all the sailors and shipwrecked to invoke protection on all those who go to sea, can be admired in all its beauty and magnificence both from the surface and underwater. Our Lady of the Castaway is celebrated on the third weekend of July each year by many boats and divers with the placing of flower garlands in her honour.  Continuing to navigate, you can skirt the most beautiful and renowned beaches of Southern Sardinia:  Porto Giunco, with its tower 65 meters high,  Timi Ama beach. The sea in front is characterized by shallow water and is therefore very suitable for visits, especially by minors and the elderly. Behind it stands a luxurious resort that takes its name and the beautiful panorama that distinguishes this stretch of coast has meant that it was chosen as a set for numerous successful films and commercials. 2  Tanka beach and Simius beach. Wonderful beach of fine white sand, more than a km long, bathed by a sea of spectacular colors ranging from emerald green to turquoise and with shallow water ideal for children. It is also well known because, a few hundred meters from the shoreline, there is a shoal where a colony of triggerfish resides (a very colorful and very sociable species of tropical fish which, in exchange for a few bites of bread, he will also quietly pet).  Punta Molentis. With its granite promontory, its luminous tongue of very white sand and with the unmistakable shape of the Island of Serpentara on the offshore horizon to check that, even in this stretch of the Marine Protected Area, everything is calm and in order.  And here we are at the last stage envisaged by our proposal for ROUTE towards LEVANTE which, as it happens, bears its name: the Island of Serpentara. It seems that this name, rather than for the snakes and snakes present on the island, derives instead from the clear sinuous shape that it presents when observed from above. For those interested in visiting it (the island is completely uninhabited and full of splendid breathtaking views overlooking the sea), we point out that the only point of relatively easy landing is a tiny recess to the north/west called the Caletta dell' Landing. From here (with a minimum of difficulty, it must be said), it will then be possible to reach the Tower of S. Luigi which, placed at a height of 54 meters on the cliff on the opposite side of the island, observes the sea frozen in time and never distracted open.  At this point the time will certainly have come to take the way back to the port without however neglecting two other unmissable stops along the way for unforgettable swims surrounded by the splendid colors of the sea of Cava Usai and Campulongu beach.  ROUTE TO TORRE DELLE STELLE  After leaving the port there is immediately a first stop not to be missed: the small Spiaggia del Riso which takes its name from the composition of its sand formed by tiny pebbles smoothed by the sea that resemble rice grains . A unique and particular scenario that makes it famous throughout the world.  From here, continuing to navigate, you can skirt the nearby large white sand beach of Campulongu, inside which there is the archaeological complex of Domus de Janas dating back to about 3,000 years BC. with the unique feature of being the site closest to the shoreline in Sardinia.  Continuing the navigation a little further, you find yourself skirting the Campus beach, passing the Scogli de Piscadeddus, a shoal about 3.5 meters deep with the characteristic presence of two main granite blocks that slope towards the sand.  A few more minutes of navigation and here we are at the splendid inlets of Porto sa Ruxi with its characteristic junipers that cover natural dunes of very white sand that delimit a dense forest overlooking the sea. The seabed in this stretch of sea is purely of very fine white sand and the color of the water is transparent and brilliant emerald green which delimits three suggestive small beaches separated by small cliffs.  In the next stage foreseen by the navigation, it will not be possible to deny yourself a dive and an exciting swim in the crystal clear sea of the spectacular Cala Pisanu and, immediately after having rounded Capo Boi on which the homonymous Spanish tower stands at 119 meters high, in the waters facing the Solanas beach.  Resuming navigation again, you will reach the stretch of sea of Torre delle Stelle, the last stage of our proposal for a WEST ROUTE. Torre delle Stelle is a village lying on a promontory with a sinuous profile set with two enchanting beaches: Cann'e Sisa (facing west) and Genn'e Mari (facing east).  Along the return journey, the last stop proposed, the beach of Is Cuccureddus (as the crow flies about 2.5 km from the port), for a last evening swim at the end of a day that is certainly demanding but full of unforgettable regenerating emotions .

A bit of wear and tear on the boat but other than that a great service.
