Laura from Click&Boat was super nice and helpful in the online preparation part. Once there, the tragedy began: paid for the early check-in by 1.00 pm with a supplement and due to damage to the genoa caused by the previous tenants, they gave us the boat at 6.30 pm, thus forcing us to sleep in their port and making us lose the possibility of leave and the day. I understand that there may be unforeseen events but I don't tolerate being made fun of: from 9.30 to 18 we were told that the repaired sail would be delivered within 1 hour. Once, twice and so on until 8 hours pass. Overall, however, the girl at the reception was kind, the boat when it was delivered was clean and beyond a few problems with the fridge promptly resolved by the local electrician, we didn't have any particular problems. Beware that during the checkout they go nitpicking to get some money to put into the account: for a slightly loose jib halyard (which I don't understand why it should be a problem) and the cut life ring cover (already broken when they delivered the boat to us and obviously cooked by the sun over the years) they wanted to charge us something extra.
