Terms and Conditions Parking at the base port is not included in the rental and/or sailing package. The minimum nautical qualifications required for rentals are PER (Recreational Craft Skipper) or equivalent, or if the rental requires the presence of a sailing professional, PPER (Professional Recreational Craft Skipper) or equivalent. The Lessee agrees to return the vessel to the base port established by the Lessor, on the agreed day and time. If the vessel is returned over the hour limit, the following surcharges apply: - The first hour of extra time: +€150, and subsequent 30-minute increments will be +€75. The Lessor will charge the Lessee TRIPLE the daily rate for each day of delay, starting at 10:00 PM on the day of return.
