A difficult return with 1 member of staff who obviously wants to charge for small repairs not carried out beforehand. You really have to be careful about the solidity of the backrest of the rear seat. Risk of falling into the water next to the engine. Also check that all boot closures are in good condition. Often hidden and unchecked before departure.
