Personne agréable très respectueux

Ludovic est très disponible est accueillant. Il prend le temps de bien expliquer tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur son bateau. Il y a cependant pas mal de choses qui mériterait un entretien plus approfondi dans le bateau, car de nombreux équipements étaient en panne lorsque nous l'avons utilisé (frigo, feux, instruments). Le nécessaire pour la sécurité reste en état de marche. Attention aussi à voir que le bateau est attaché au Frioul et non à Marseille...

Très belle journée de découverte à Ang Thong. Nous étions 5 sur le bateau. Le skipper et 2 membres d’équipage étaient très prévenants et attentifs à nos souhaits, et d’une aide précieuse en particulier avec ma fille blessée au bras. Bateau impeccable. Très belle sortie, je recommande.

Neal provided clear communication and even arranged for the boat to meet us at our hotel near Tigne Point which made the start and finish to our day much easier. Our skipper on the day was Orazio who was brilliant throughout the day, knowledgable, professional and shared local insights and showed us plenty of points of interest. Orazio was patient with me and my family, allowing us ample time to take in the sights of Comino, St Paul’s Bay and other niche areas that he felt were worth experiencing. For a maiden voyage with a young family the organisation, team and boat itself were reassuring and made this an experience we would want to repeat and others to share.

Dario was great, he communicated where to meet and was there with the boat ready to go when we arrived. Great experience, Syracuse was beautiful, and we had a wonderful day fishing in the bay.

The 18 guests were late getting back on the boat from the Koh Phangan visit ashore for lunch which resulted in the boat being 40 minutes late back to the pier

Extrêmement déçus par cette journée en mer Étant donné le prix demandé de 780$ pour 6 h en mer nous nous attendions à des prestations de bien meilleure qualité. Certes nous avons apprécié la communication et l’organisation de John et Julie qui ont accepté de changer le jour de la sortie pour de meilleures conditions météo. Mais sachez que pour ce prix là vous passerez 20 min à voir les dauphins de loin et 20 min de snorkeling. Le reste sera de la navigation, la plus part du temps au moteur, sur un bateau vieillissant. Le repas même s’il était correct était bien loin des langoustes vues sur les photos. Étant donné notre déception et considérant généreusement qu’une telle prestation ne vaut pas plus de 400$ nous avons même demandé un remboursement partiel qui nous a bien sûr été refusé. We appreciated the communication and organization of John and Julie who accepted to change the date for better weather conditions. But know that for this price you will spend 20 minutes seeing dolphins from afar and 20 minutes snorkeling. The rest will be navigation, most of the time under engine, on an aging boat. The meal, although decent, was far from the lobsters seen in the photos. Given our disappointment and generously considering that such a service is not worth more than $400, we even asked for a partial refund which was of course refused.
